I am a photographer, mainly focusing on Nature & Wildlife, and I have been fortunate to be able to follow this interest more in the last few years.

As well as getting some great photo opportunities, it also provides time to appreciate what beautiful things nature has to offer. Just being able to spend time in the fresh air, not in front of a computer screen or television, is a reward in itself.

We all talk about, even dream about, visiting exotic destinations around the world, however we seldom appreciate what we have on our own door step.

​

I have been able to find and photograph many birds, animals and insects around my own backyard and in areas close by to where I live. It is not difficult to find these locations and does not cost the earth to get there.
